Please read this important information.
Down payment
We kindly request a 30% down payment. This down payment is non-refundable even if you cancel your reservation. If you rent a table, we require an additional $150 as a security deposit, which will be refunded to you when you return rented items to us in good condition.
Final payment
You must make a final payment at least one week before your event date and this payment is non-refundable. We accept Venmo, Check, and Cash. All of our prices include New Jersey Sales Tax of 6.625%.
Rental Tables
We highly recommend you to count and verify rental items after you receive the items from us and before returning them to us. When you rent a table set, we ask for a security deposit of $150. This deposit will be fully refunded to you when you return items to us in good condition. If you provided us a check, we will void the check.
Banners can be easily wrinkled or damaged so please do not fold banners. Also, please do not use an iron to smooth out wrinkles as it may damage banners permanently.
Setting up banners requires at least two adults. Please do not try to hang it by yourself.
For safety, please be extra careful with clay items so that your baby or any other children attending the party DO NOT EAT or PLAY with the items. Always watch their activity around the table closely. We will not be liable for any injury or other bodily damage to anyone at the party resulting from your negligence.
If you spoil, damage, or lose any of the rented items, we will charge you for that item so please take a good care and make sure to wrap, box, or secure items to prevent any damages.
Please pick-up and return items on-time on the scheduled date. If you return late, there is a late fee of $50 per day.
Please note that we are not responsible for any accidents that occur during installation of rented items (including a banner hanger) or during and after the event.
